So Hubby and I are starting to eat better we have bought veggies and fruits and have started eating what bit of Sunrider left over from before, I am not weighing myself because I am sure Ill notice the results in due time, Now to get my ass out of bed to do my kinect exercises in the morning or whenever and ill be good :D
Now my intention was to juice all this stuff but after a lil research its better to eat the whole veggies and fruits. Its only day two but I actually feel better and had more energy I think its a start :D
